I have been a licensed sea urchin diver for the past 20 years and I have been selling my product to Japanese sea urchin processors. Recently, I have been selling whole, live sea urchins to the samoan community and the Korean community in my local area. I am thinking about exporting live whole urchins or processed urchins. I also understand that the French community like sea urchins. Would like to develop a market for urchins in France. California sea urchins are of the highest quality in the world. |
